• We live in Piney Flats, in East Tennessee, in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains.
• We are Christians who believe the Bible is God's inerrant, infallible, and inspired Word.
• We embrace and cherish those precious doctrines that were proclaimed during the Protestant Reformation: Sola Scriptura (Scripture alone), Sola Fide (faith alone), Sola Gratia (grace alone), Solo Christo (Christ alone), Soli Deo Gloria (to the glory of God alone).
• We believe in bringing every thought captive to the obedience of Christ.
• We are members of St. Peter Presbyterian Church in Bristol, Tennessee.
• We believe that government education and schools in America have overwhelmingly succeeded in corrupting, brainwashing, and promoting it's socialism to us and our children by keeping us ignorant and dependent upon the State. We also believe that education is not a function of the State, but of the parents. The State wants control of education and our children in order to promote it's socialism; therefore, we have chosen to homeschool our children, giving them a strong classical and biblical education, our goal being that "the end of learning is to repair the ruins of our first parents by regaining to know God aright and out of that knowledge to love Him, and to be like Him (John Milton, On Education)."
